All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Due to the nature of printed goods, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will work to find a resolution.
